We believe the Church was designed to multiply. Every Mercy Road church is planted with the intention of becoming a healthy, autonomous body that will one day plant again. We are not building campuses — we are sending leaders to reach people far from God and establish churches that live boldly, love deeply, and expand the Kingdom.

We don’t just reproduce services — we reproduce culture. Every Mercy Road church carries the same core DNA: passionate worship, intentional mission, spiritual apprenticeship, unified community, and strategic generosity. Protecting and passing on this DNA ensures that as we multiply, we remain unified in spirit, mission, and conviction.

We are a family of churches united around one mission: to see people far from God discipled into a passionate relationship with Jesus. We share leadership, prayer, accountability, and resources so no one leads alone. Together, we follow Jesus Up, In, and Out — pursuing unity while advancing the Gospel in our communities.

We measure success by life change, not comfort — committing to radical generosity and multiplication so our communities would truly miss us if we were gone.

Healthy churches are built by healthy leaders. We prioritize spiritual formation, character, accountability, and sustainable rhythms of prayer and rest. Through coaching, community, and shared leadership, we seek to develop leaders who are spiritually vibrant, emotionally healthy, and equipped to lead for the long haul.
